I am an actively licensed M.D. (former Surgical Pathologist) now providing only Myofascial Release as my medical practice.
       As a patient with a nearly-frozen shoulder in 2019, MFR eliminated most of my pain and limited range of motion. No other type of treatment for musculoskeletal pain and imbalance had ever been so effective for me!  
       I soon began to attend hands-on MFR training seminars and have currently attended 11 of the 18 different training seminars, totaling 192 hours, including the 40-hour Skill Enhancement Seminar at John Barnes' treatment center, Therapy on the Rocks, learning from John and his staff while assisting them in treating their patients. 
       I also regularly receive MFR treatment from many experienced therapists. Both continual training and treatment are a life-long process of personal discovery, healing, and professional learning... an investment by me that is critical for enabling me to guide you in your.healing journey.
