To live well and help others live well
This is my mission in life. When I began massage school in 2006, I was delighted to have found a career that enables me to fulfill my mission in such an enjoyable way. Touch has always been important to me. Massage and therapeutic bodywork is a natural extension of my intentional relationship with the sense of touch.
Since massage school, I have explored various energy work and bodywork modalities. The John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach is where I have found my home. Myofascial Release (MFR) is an excellent treatment method, addressing the whole person, with the potential to create lasting positive change.
Wherever you are in your journey through life, myofascial release can help you along your path. From the beginning of my bodywork journey, my focus has been on chronic pain, tension, and holding patterns. MFR is my specialty. My joy is helping my clients make space for their bodies to return to a state of health and wholeness. I am committed to help you find ease and health in your body. #allbodies are welcome.
