Jennifer Lind

After taking her first Myofascial Release course in 2014 taught by John F. Barnes in Myrtle Beach, she not only began using this treatment method for her clients, but also started her own journey of healing. Myofascial Release allows her to treat the body and the mind as a whole, which is imperative to true healing. She continues to study under John Barnes but also receives myofascial release treatment for herself to learn and to heal. She has completed MFR I, II, III, Unwinding, Advanced Unwinding, Cervical-Thoracic, Fascial - Pelvis, Rebounding, Quantum Leap, Subtle Energy, Healing Seminar, Fascial Cranium and completed a Skill Enhancement Seminar with John F. Barnes and the therapists at Therapy on the Rocks in Sedona, AZ. Jennifer was born and raised in Florida. She received her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, FL. She then received her Master's degrees in Adult Education from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to beginning Myofascial Release she worked for inpatient rehabilitation facilities, hospice and home health. She also provided in home therapy for children and adults with developmental disorders. In addition she worked for 3 years in London, England both as an occupational therapist and as the Admissions and Discharge Director for St. Pancras Hospital in London. She has traveled extensively through Europe, Central America and other beautiful places in the world. It has given her wonderful insight into the cultures of people from around the globe. She is a course writer for online continuing education courses and has also lectured at Florida Gulf Coast University.

I was introduced to this amazing and healing work in 2014 while taking MFR1, and have since utilized this practice in multiple areas from the home health occupational therapy sector to peer study groups to one-on-one treatment sessions. I have been an occupational therapy assistant for 15 years with my Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting and Associates of The Arts in Healthcare Sciences. I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you to assist you on your healing journey.
