Mark Thompson, LMT, BCTMB has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 1998. He established One Spirit Massage Studio in 1999.
Mark received his training at the Baltimore School of Massage in Baltimore, Maryland and Bhakti Healing School of Massage in Clearwater, Florida. He specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (www.myofascialrelease.com) where he has obtained the designation of Expert Therapist. He has also been selected as an assistant instructor for the John F. Barnes seminars. Mark is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, he is Board Certified, and licensed through the state of Delaware, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Thomas Horvath, LMT has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 2006. His training was at the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in Washington DC. Tom’s intuitive awareness, passion for the healing energies, and his knowledgeable touch all combine well in the mind-body-spirit philosophy. He specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.
