Heidi MacAlpine is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist and Yoga Instruction who specializes in pediatrics and myofascial release techniques, but has worked with various age ranges in the school system and within her private practice. She has integrated myofascial release into her practice for 15+ years. Heidi is the owner of Well Alignment and is presently providing services in Amber European Spa on the eastern part of Long Island.  She has promoted wellness in her community by providing workshops at a variety of venues on stress management,the benefits of myofascial release, sensory integration,yoga,and aromatherapy to assist in the healing process.
