I created this therapy practice from my passion to help people live a pain-free active lifestyle. Over my 15+ years as a physical therapist I have continued to fine tune my skills by being an active listener to the needs of my clients and by being a partner in their health and wellness.
I graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Biology in 2001. I then went on to receive my Masterís Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in2004. After graduating, I spent seven years working in the outpatient orthopedic field of physical therapy; four of those years as a director of an office while still treating clients. In order to further broaden my skillset, in 2011 I began working for a practice that focuses on older adult clients with a myriad of medical and functional deficits. For the last six years in that practice, I held a regional director role managing a team of 25-30 physical, occupational, and speech therapists, over 3 NJ counties, while also working with my own clients and continuing to hone my skills as a physical therapist.
I have long had a dream ofopening my own practice! It was not until I fully discovered the John F.Barnes method of Myofascial Release, that I knew that dream could become areality! I am beyond thrilled to be able to combine my 15+ years as aphysical therapist with this invaluable approach to care and overall wellnessin a safe, comfortable, and loving environment!
