With a diverse background in health, wellness and healing, I studied a variety of healing modalities before discovering John Barnes Myofascial Release as a client in need. As my injuries and chronic pain profoundly improved with treatment, I felt called to offer this work to others. As a thirty year Yoga practitioner and long-time teacher, I incorporate Yoga into treatment as a way to help you strengthen, balance and release painful mental and physical patterns through breath-centered movement and awareness.
