ANGIE GRAY is a Nationally Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist in Nashville Tennessee. She began her massage career in 2010 graduating from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Studio City, California, and continuing at NHI in 2011, completing her education as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator. Angie is certified in John Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, is certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Angie works successfully with people of all ages and conditions, and has a special passion for those who may be a bit more fragile. She completed her certification for Massage for People Living with Cancer under Gayle MacDonald. She has studied under Tina Allen with the Liddle Kidz Foundation becoming a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist and Certified Infant Massage Teacher. She traveled to Harare, Zimbabwe, and Shimoga, India to teach pediatric and infant massage techniques to orphan caregivers, teachers, and parents.
She is currently working towards certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist with NASM and certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute.
Angie has completed the work to be "Advanced" MFR, but finds success with pain relief for her clients by blending her skills in session for greater efficacy and efficiency toward helping her clients reach their goals.
