Stacey graduated from University of Montana with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2000. She has been working in outpatient settings since that time. She began taking John F. Barnes MFR courses in 2011 and has completed 10 courses involving 185 hours of hands on training. In addition to those courses, she also completed a 40 hour internship in Sedona, Arizona at Therapy on the Rocks working along side John Barnes and his expert therapists. Her most recent course was Myofascial Release Approach for Women's Health taught by John Barnes in Sedona. She enjoys incorporating myofascial release techniques with posture and body awareness, posture re- education, specific stretches and exercises designed to decrease pain and facilitate return to a healthy, active lifestyle. In her free time she enjoys biking, skiing and swimming and spending time with her family and 14 year old husky.
