I took my first John Barnes MFR seminar in 1998 and I was hooked. I've continued with my training over the years, blending MFR in with traditional Occupational Therapy . My Pain Management clinic is designed to use my extensive MFR skills with my Occupational Therapy perspective to provide a unique path to a pain free, productive lifestyle. My experience with Activities of Daily Living, Activity Adaptation and Compensatory training along with MFR protocols, treatments and self healing techniques provides for a therapeutic, supportive environment which facilitates long lasting results.
Your therapist's skills come from an investment and willingness to be their best both personally and professionally. They will help you remove the myofascial restrictions and explore the barriers to becoming healthy.
