Ed Kaine is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and a Registered Functional Therapist (RFT) with over 2 decades of clinical experience. Ed uses a variety of approaches to reduce pain, regain ability and restore function by combining manual therapy and Somatics exercises along with cognitive approaches and therapeutic exercises. Myofascial Release is a core aspect of that caring approach.
Ed has been incorporating Myofascial Release in his treatments since 2001. He has also taken John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach courses: Myofascial Release I (Repeated), Myofascial Release II, Myofascial Unwinding, , Advanced Unwinding, Myofascial Rebounding, Cervical-Thoracic MFR, Fascial Pelvis and Quantum Leap. He has also completed a Skill Enhancement Seminar, working with John F. Barnes and his Staff at the Malvern Clinic.
