The Pain Care Clinic offers a unique combination of non-invasive advanced clinical massage therapy and bodywork techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage and other massage techniquesto create tailored programmes for individual private clients at our clinic locations in Harley Street, London; Leeds, Yorkshire; Brighton & Hove, Sussex; and Eastbourne, Sussex.
In addition to our clinic treatments, we also run small group workshops teaching self-help myofascial techniques for the public and therapists.

Amanda is a leading myofascial release therapist in the UK and author of Living Pain Free: Healing Chronic Pain with Myofascial Release.
A keen amateur sportswoman, Amanda played rugby for several years and then took up marathon running. It was her experience of recovery from a prolapsed disc and RSI that inspired Amanda to leave her stressful office job and retrain as a massage therapist.
Amanda has a UK BTEC Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage and has completed further training with John Barnes to Advanced Practitioner level.
Amanda is also a qualified cognitive hypnotherapist, using these additional skills to address the mind and emotional aspects of chronic pain. She is a regular attendee and speaker at international symposia and complementary therapy events. She is a member of the main professional bodies including The Royal Society of Medicine, the Fascia Research Society, the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), the Council for Soft Tissue Therapies, and the Association for Soft Tissue Therapists.
Amanda is a qualified teacher. Having been instrumental in developing the highest-level UK Professional Massage Diploma, she now runs fascia workshops for the public and for therapists in self-help for chronic pain.
