Monadnock Myofascial Release, PLLC was founded and is owned by Molly McMillan, OTR/L.? We are located in Keene, NH, just off Main Street.? We specialize in using the John. F. Barnes, P.T. MFR approach to resolving pain and dysfunction, and getting our clients quickly back to a pain free and active lifestyle.? We work with people of all ages, and differing diagnosis such as fibromyalgia, back pain, neck pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, arthritis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries, plantar fascitis, autism, sensory processing disorders, neurological conditions, only to name a few.? We create an individualized treatment plan based on an evaluation of the clients history, posture, movement and range of motion, and sensory systems. ?

Molly McMillan, OTR/L, has over 17 years of myofascial release experience, and 26 years of being an O.T. Molly felt for herself how powerful MFR can be in that it helped her heal her own pain. She has since happily helped hundreds of people eliminate their pain and dramatically improve their quality of life. Molly is passionate about her work. She has an eagle eye for imbalances, a strong intuitive sense, an empathetic heart, and expert skills. She instructs the MFR I DVD, Fascial Pelvis and Pediatric MFR seminars with John F. Barnes, P.T. MFR Seminars all over the country. She offers treatment intensives and MFR study groups for practitioners.
